Project outline:
Taking interviews and testimonials from graduates, training and development managers supplied by HGA, I edited the footage into 3 separate films. The structure of the films was developed by phones 4 U with HGA and served as the introduction and promotion of a new management-training scheme. The first being an 11-minute overview of Phones 4 U's management training initiative, with a further 2 shorter edits customised for specific training executives, these ran at 8-minutes each.
